The Project

We (Low Carbon) are in the process of submitting an appeal against the refusal of planning permission with the Planning Inspectorate (‘PINS’). We have requested that the appeal is heard at a Public Inquiry. Details of the appeal will be advertised in due course. PINS will appoint an Inspector to consider the Appeal and arrangements, including details of how to participate in the Appeal, will be publicised.

As part of the appeal submission, we are proposing some minor amendments to the Indicative Landscape Strategy submitted with the planning application. This is to ensure consistency with the latest Indicative Site Layout Plan and to provide additional landscaping enhancements prior to the appeal being determined.
